Cancellation Policy for NexLev LLC:

At NexLev LLC, we are committed to providing top-tier digital marketing services and building strong partnerships with our clients. We understand that situations may arise that require changes to your service agreement. To ensure transparency and fairness in our business practices, we have developed the following cancellation policy.
1. Projects:
When you engage with NexLev LLC for a project, you are entering into a contractual agreement. Should you decide to cancel a project before its completion, it is important to note that the remainder of the original project price is due, irrespective of the amount of work completed up to that point. Whether we’ve invested one hour or one hundred hours into the project, the remaining balance is non-refundable and not subject to pro-rating.
Refunds in Specific Cases:
We understand that unique circumstances may arise, and while NexLev LLC is not obligated to provide refunds for canceled projects, we may evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis. For example, if you have agreed to pay for a $20,000 website project that was initially planned to span four months but choose to cancel only a week or two into the project, we would obviously issue a partial refund, taking into account the work completed and expenses incurred.
Our commitment is to be fair and reasonable when assessing such situations, considering the time and resources invested. Whether we work together for 3 days or 3 years, we want to leave you with a good experience and a better online presence.
2. Month-to-Month Contracts:
Clients participating in our month-to-month contracts are billed on a recurring basis, similar to a subscription model. Should you decide to terminate your contract mid-billing cycle, NexLev LLC does not issue refunds for the remaining portion of that billing cycle.
Utilizing Our Services:
We encourage our clients to fully utilize NexLev LLC’s services until the end of the current billing cycle. During this period, we are dedicated to providing exceptional service and exceeding expectations. It is our goal to demonstrate the value and effectiveness of our services in the hopes of retaining your trust and potentially changing your decision to cancel.
NexLev LLC places a strong emphasis on maintaining high service standards and customer satisfaction. If you have any questions or concerns regarding our cancellation policy, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. We value your understanding and cooperation greatly.
3. 3-month or 6 month contracts.
If we enter into a campaign management scope where a 3-month or 6-month contract is agreed upon and the recipient of our services chooses to opt out of the contract, no refund is guaranteed but a partial refund will be considered taking into consideration time already spent or costs incurred by NexLev.
4. – Consideration and Understanding.
We have these policies in place to protect our relationships with our clients, and to protect our own business. If you find issues with the policies, please let us know and we can talk about it. Whether or not you choose to work with us, we want other local small businesses to succeed and we would never do anything to hinder the growth of someone’s business.
